Brian McBride launched his real estate career over 20 years ago with Coldwell Banker, quickly rising to the top 1% of sales agents worldwide. In 2007, he founded McBride Kelly & Associates, a boutique residential and commercial real estate firm that consistently ranks among the top 20 in total volume in the Tampa Bay region.

As broker and owner, Brian leads a team of more than 60 of Tampa’s top Realtors while specializing in multifamily investment properties, single-family flips, and land development. He has played a leading role in multiple joint ventures, including a single-family subdivision in South Tampa and a boutique neighborhood development in Seminole Heights.

Among his commercial highlights is Solle, a record-breaking 40-unit project in Sarasota, where Brian also managed the full lease-up. He is currently spearheading several ground-up multifamily developments in St. Petersburg and South Tampa.

Brian also owns and operates Beckham Capital Partners, a subsidiary of McBride Kelly & Associates, which has developed or participated in over $70 million in residential and commercial real estate projects. Additionally, through his company Lurandan Capital, he is developing 12 luxury homes on a 5-acre site in Carrollwood, where he leads the project’s development team.
